Students in the fourth grade at Brosville Elementary School were challenged to have 100 percent of the grade pass their SOL tests and that is exactly what they did in math! For achieving the challenge, they were allowed to throw 2 water balloons and they could choose their targets… their teachers, Amber Wilson or Tiffani Woods, Randy Hunsicker, their math coach, OR Felita Atkins, principal at Brosville.
Many students choose to pop one of the balloons on themselves, it was very hot, while others tried their luck at getting their teachers and principal wet. We are all very proud of the hard work and perseverance displayed by fourth grade this year!
